  1. Si prega di rispettare l’orario di check-in e check-out<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Vi invitiamo gentilmente a differenziare tutti i rifiuti utilizzando gli appositi contenitori colorati presenti in Cucina e gettarli giornalmente nei bidoni presenti in piazza<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Il termostato viene impostato nei termini previsti dalla legge, in caso di necessit\u00e0 vi preghiamo di contattarci, ogni variazione del termostato va comunicata<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Si prega di spegnere le luci e le apparecchiature elettriche prima di uscire di casa<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. La ricarica di auto elettriche presso l’abitazione \u00e8 consentita solo su richiesta ed \u00e8 a pagamento, vi preghiamo di contattarci in caso di necessit\u00e0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. In estate l’acqua calda viene prodotta dallo scaldabagno presente nel bagno di servizio, l’acqua disponibile \u00e8 sufficiente per tutti se usata in modo corretto<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. In caso di necessit\u00e0 potete pulire stufa a pellet e camini a patto che le ceneri siano fredde, in caso di necessit\u00e0 o problemi vi preghiamo di contattarci<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  8. All’ingresso \u00e8 presente il contatore ed il quadro elettrico di tutta l’abitazione, in caso d’emergenza vi preghiamo di abbassare tutti gli interruttori e contattare immediatamente i servizi di emergenza al numero unico 112<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  9. Accanto al cancello vicino alla porta d’ingresso della cucina \u00e8 ubicata la cassetta del GPL, vi preghiamo, in caso di emergenza di chiudere il rubinetto “Giallo” principale, in modo da scollegare la linea principale dall’abitazione<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    2. We kindly invite you to separate all waste using the appropriate colored containers in the kitchen and throw them daily into the bins in the square.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. The thermostat is set within the terms established by law, if necessary please contact us, any change to the thermostat must be communicated<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Please turn off lights and electrical appliances before leaving home<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. Charging of electric cars at home is allowed only on request and is subject to a fee, please contact us if necessary<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    6. In summer hot water is produced by the water heater in the service bathroom, the water available is sufficient for everyone if used correctly<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    7. If necessary you can clean pellet stoves and fireplaces as long as the ashes are cold, in case of need or problems please contact us<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    8. At the entrance there is the meter and the electrical panel for the entire house, in case of emergency please turn down all the switches and immediately contact the emergency services on the single number 112<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    9. The LPG box is located next to the gate near the entrance door of the kitchen, please, in case of emergency, close the main “Yellow” tap, in order to disconnect the main line from the house<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
